Lawyer from Universidad Diego Portales and holder of a Master of Laws & Certificate of Management from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, USA. He also holds diplomas in Tax Law (Universidad de Chile) and in Tax Planning and Legislation (Universidad de Santiago de Chile).
He has over 20 years of experience in tax advisory for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and companies across various sectors, including financial institutions, real estate, and insurance companies. He has led corporate and estate reorganization processes, as well as the design of complex tax structures.
Cristián has been a partner at prominent law firms, head of the tax division at EY Chile, and a speaker at national and international conferences. He is also a professor in diploma and master’s programs at Universidad de Los Andes and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
