Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with an LL.M. in Tax Law from the same institution. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Financial Management at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
His practice focuses on tax advisory for national and international companies, with experience in sectors such as insurance, investment funds, construction, real estate, investment companies, and family offices. He has actively participated in business restructuring processes, as well as in mergers and acquisitions.
Before founding Mena Alessandri, he was a partner at Recabarren & Asociados and previously worked as a lawyer at firms such as Labbé, Ovalle, Mena, Guglielmetti & Lackington; Larraín Rencoret & Urzúa; and Larraín y Asociados.
Academically, he has been a professor in the Master’s in Tax Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica and in various tax specialization programs.
